The death occurred at his late residence on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, of Duane J. Court of Charlottetown, age 47 years. Dear father of Sacha and Zak. Survived by the children’s mother, Kay; sister, Charlene Court (Mike Gauthier) and brother, Larry (Peggy) Court. Predeceased by his parents, Audrey and Arthur Court. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
