Wally Boshuck
October 12, 1928 – April 2, 2009
Wally Boshuck passed away on April 2 at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital.
Wally will be warmly remembered by his many friends, everyone involved in speed skating and his family: wife Dorothy; sisters: Nettie, Ann and Olga; children: Lori (Dave), Ralph (Lily), Bill (Aline), Kevin (Denise), Shawn (Al), and Tom (Brandie, and dog Annie); grandchildren: Jason, Susan, Alexis, Dustin, David, Adam and Jordyn; as well as long-time friend Ken Thomson.
Wally was predeceased by mother Nellie and father Michael, brother George, brother-in-laws Reg, Andy and Harry and lifelong friend Eugene Hearn.
The family will be hosting an informal celebration of Wally’s life at the Wally Boshuck Arena on Saturday May 2. Please drop in to see us between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.
We will have a picture display if you want to bring pictures to share with us.
There will be snacks and refreshments.
