The death occurred at his late residence, on Thursday, April 9, 2009, of Lloyd Arsenault, of Maddix Crescent, Summerside, aged 74 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of Alfred “Fred” and Irene (Gaudet) Arsenault. Survived by his wife Shirley Anne (Arsenault) Arsenault, son Jimmy (B.J. Fortuna), Maximeville, granddaughter, Greenlea Arsenault, brothers Joe (Dodie), North Bay, Ont., Ron (Ruth), North Bay, Ont., sister Mildred Arsenault, Edmonton, Alta., and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother, Ralph, and a sister, Jeanette, in infancy. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Tuesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Summerside Rotary Club for the Polio Plus Program would be appreciated.
