Quietly at the Garden Home on Thursday, April 16, 2009, of Mary Blanche MacLean (nee Laird), Charlottetown, age 103 years. Dear mother of Lloyd (Linda). Loving grandmother of Gina Ferguson (Glen) and Lynda Turnbull (Tony) and three great-grandchildren, Bracken, Tyler and Laird. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Archibald “Archie” MacLean; by her infant son, Hamilton, and by her brothers, Russell Laird, Ray Laird, Irving Laird, Lester Laird and Lloyd Laird. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday at 2 p.m. Interment later in New London Cemetery.
