Passed peacefully away September 12, 2008 at the Health Sciences Center, surrounded by her loving family, Bernice Chafe, aged 71 years. Predeceased by husband Reginald, parents Nehemiah and Tryphena, step-mother Dorothy, brother Frank, grandson Andrew Reginald. Leaving to mourn daughters Wanda (Mike), Dorothy (Dennis); sons Gary, Blair (Wanda), Donnie (Bonnie); also leaving to mourn five precious grandchildren Cody, Colin, Shawn, Chelsea and Jillian; sisters Jean (William, deceased); Gladys (Andrew), Sharon (Gary), Lynn (Fred); brothers Cyril (Lucy), George (Rita), Eddie (Rosalie), Don (Patricia); special friends of the family Gussie O'Brien, Susan Hamilton and Lisa Tilley; also many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
