Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, April 14, 2009, in the presence of her family. Daisy Feltham of Glovertown, formerly of Deer Island, aged 90 years. She is predeceased by her parents: Walter and Julia (Perry) Feltham; sisters: Pearl and Ella; brothers: Ephraim, Samuel and Caleb; four nephews: Earl Oram, Winston Feltham, Eli Glover and George Mercer. Left with many wonderful memories are her sisters: Beatrice Oram, Greta Glover (George Blackwood) and special sister-in-law Susie Feltham with whom she resided for 73 years. Remembering her also with love are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, their wives and husbands, her great-great-nieces and nephews, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will take place at Faith United Church, Glovertown on Saturday, April 18 at 2 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to the Janeway Children’s Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
