Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. James Guy Dyke, former landscaper, age 68 years. Predeceased by his granddaughter Jessica, 2001. Leaving to mourn his wife of 48 years, Shirley; sons: James (Evelyn), Larry (Charmaine), Craig (Cathy), Ray (Alexandra) and Gerry (Ervina); six grandchildren: Shirley, Craig, Dawn, Maria, Jasmine and Brandon; brother Gerry (Linda); sisters: Juanita Williams (Harold), Beverly Day (David), Ruby Hobbs (Arthur) and Pam and husband; good friends: Bob Halfyard and Ray Walsh, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Wednesday and Thursday from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Friday, September 19 at 11 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
