It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bill. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Marina, his sons, Shane (Tanya), Bill (Theresa) and grandchildren Emily, Ethan and Lindsay. Bill will also be missed by his mother Bernice (Parsons) Tibbo, his Dad Jeff Parsons (Pre-Deceased): Sister Shirley (John): Brothers Harold (Betty), Wilfred (Elsie), Rick (Debbie), Junior (Sherry) and many nieces and nephews. Bill passed away on April 5th, 2009 at Langley Memorial Hospital in British Columbia at the age of 59. Bill will be brought home to Newfoundland, where he will be laid to rest, and a service will be held in Salmon Cove at the United Church on Sunday April 26th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Bill will always be remembered for his jovial disposition, and his great sense of humour. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
