Walter Watts passed away peacefully on April 23rd, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital in Camrose, Alberta.
Frank was born in St. John's, Newfoundland on March 29, 1938 to Francis and Edna (Burton) Watts.
Frank married the love of his life, Elaine Percy on April 6, 1963. Together they raised one son, Rodney (Brenda) and four daughters, Wanda, Della (Kirby), Rosalin (Dwayne) and Amy (Rob).
Frank is predeceased by his mother Edna, father Francis, sister Nina, and grand-daughter Patricia. He leaves his memory to be cherished by his wife, five children, eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren plus two upcoming, his sister Linda, and brother Robert. Frank worked 34 years for numerous cab companies in Newfoundland. He was locally known as Sammy Davis Jr. by his Fares. He was a kind and understanding man and touched everyone who encountered him. Frank lived in Newfoundland for 66 years before spending the remaining of his days here in Camrose.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. from First Baptist Church in Camrose, Alberta with Pastor Bob Burke officiating.
