of Carbonear, who passed away peacefully at the Carbonear General Hospital, Carbonear on Thursday, September 18th, 2008. Mrs. Crummey was 86 years old. She leaves to mourn her loving family: Husband: Ronald Crummey; Sons David (Florence) Morrissey, Mount Pearl and Jim (Melvina) Morrissey, Victoria; daughters Peggy (Abe) Harnum, Winterton and Sharon (Wayne) Peddle Bristol's Hope.; ten grandchildren Melanie, Erika, Tanya, Ashley, Cynthia, Jason, Shawn, Michelle, Billy, and Robert; nine great-grandchildren Carly, Matthew, Bradley, Riley, Christopher, Nicholas, Christine, Jeffrey, & Brady; one great-great-grandchild Gregory. Predeceased by parents: James & Elizabeth (Follett) Rose, infant daughter and a large number of nephews, nieces & other relatives and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at Bethany United Church and Interment to follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear, on Sunday, September 21st, 2008 at 2 PM. The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at SLADE'S FUNERAL HOME POWELL DRIVE, CARBONEAR between the hours of 10:30 - 12 noon, 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
