Passed peacefully away into eternal rest at Fahey's Personal Care Home, Fermeuse, N.L., on Friday, September 19, 2008 in the presence of her special home care worker, Jean Fahey, a friend and relatives, Louise Rita McCarthy (Wheeler) of Renews aged 87. Predeceased by her husband, John McCarthy of Renews; her parents Herbert and Clara (Rodgers) Wheeler; her brother Clarence Wheeler, an infant brother Wheeler, all of St. John's, N.L. Leaving to mourn her only sister, Mary Georgina (Beth) Kerr of Hants County, N.S.; her two special nieces Mary Lou (Keith) Swantee and Clare Ann Kerr of N.S.; her three nephews, James (Lalia) and Michael Kerr of Nova Scotia, and John Anne Kerr of Ontario as well as other relatives and friends of the Kerr and McCarthy families. Remembered always by her home care workers and her special friends in Renews especially Phillippa Dunne. Heartfelt thanks for their special care to Gerald and Jean Fahey and the great staff of Fahey's Personal Care Home where she resided for the past five years.
