Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, May 2, 2009, Maurice Joseph Breen of Ferryland, age 80. Predeceased by his parents William and Hilda Breen and brother Reg Breen. Left with fond memories are his wife of 53 years, Edna, sons Ed (Helen), Tony (Shirley), Jason (Ann Marie), Trevor (Jodi), daughters Isabelle Browne (Gary), Trina Power (Jim), Tanya Murphy (Jim), sister Catherine Walsh (Patrick), 13 grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral home in Fermeuse. Visitation from 2 to 9 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. Funeral mass on Wednesday, time to be announced. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Dialysis Unit, Eastern Health Corporation.
