Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, May 2, 2009, Maurice Joseph Breen of Ferryland, age 80. Predeceased by his parents William and Hilda Breen and brother Reg Breen. Left with fond memories are his wife of 53 years, Edna; sons: Ed (Helen), Tony (Shirley), Jason (Ann Marie), Trevor (Jodi), daughters: Isabelle Browne (Gary), Trina Power (Jim), Tanya Murphy (Jim), sister Catherine Walsh (Patrick), 13 grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at FaheyFuneral Home in Fermeuse. Visitation from 2 to 9 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 - 12 noon. Funeral Mass on Wednesday from Holy Trinity Church, Ferryland at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Ferryland. No flowers by request, donations may be made to the Dialysis Unit, Eastern Health Corporation.
