The family of the late Alexander “Sandy” McLellan sadly announce his passing on February 13, 2008 in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the age of 96 years. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his family, Jean (Pat) Carew, Joan Cranmer, Pat (Patsy) McLellan, Bruce (Wanda) McLellan, Bernadette (Barrie) Fowlow, Nova Scotia, Linda (Don) Rowe, Elizabeth (Gerald) Philpott of Newfoundland; his 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, who are also sadly missing “Pop”. He was predeceased by his wife Mary in 2004. Friends may visit at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 19th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
