It is with great sadness that the family of the late André Murphy announce his passing at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta on Monday, November 24, 2008 at the age of 50 years. He will be sadly missed by three daughters: Vanessa Ferris (Scott) of Nova Scotia, Amanda Murphy of Paradise, Laura Murphy (Jeffery Rideout) of St. John’s, grandchildren: Timothy, Jared, Emma, Katie, Noah, mother, Mary Murphy of Stephenville, sister, Dianne Murphy of Stephenville, brothers, Walter (Dawn) of St. George’s, Patrick (Lillianna) of Brampton, Arthur (Debbie) of Edmonton, Dale (Diane) of Stephenville, nieces and nephews: Andrew, Liela, Michael, Ann, Kimberly, Jennifer, Trevor and a large circle of relatives and friends. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, December 1st at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
