It is with great sadness that the family of the late Archibald Pilgrim announce his sudden passing at his family residence on Tuesday, February 24th, 2009 in his 71st year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife Pearl (nee Decker); his sons: Cliff (Lori), Kirby (Peggy), Keith (Jo-Ann), and Dwayne; his daughter Vida (Boyd); his 9 grandchildren; Tanya, Amanda, Nichole, Brittany, Tracey, Brent, Marla, Brian and Kevin, his 2 great grandchildren: Ryan and Alexis; his brothers: Wesley (Rose), Casper (Isabelle), Wayne and Dennis (Alice); his sisters: Jessie, Maude (Robert), Edith, Betty (Vern) and Elsie (Herbert); his sister-in-law Donna. Arch was predeceased by his parents Masie & Rubin Pilgrim, son Graham, his sister Marie and his brothers: Lindsay and Calvin, brothers-in-laws: George and Jim and sister-in-law Dianne. The family will be receiving family and friends today Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake. The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 27th, 2009 from the Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake at 2 pm with Pastor Peter Grimes officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery on Wights Road, Deer Lake. The funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake.
