It is with great sadness that the family of the late Beatrice Larkin announce her passing at her family residence on Saturday, July 26th, 2008 at the age of 88 years. She will be sadly missed by her two sons: Shane and Bernard (Judy), both in Stephenville, her three daughters: Elizabeth (Jim) Gallant in Stephenville, Judy (Calvin) Benoit in Dartmouth, NS, and Cathy Larkin in Halifax, NS along with her four grandchildren: Steven Benoit, Janine Benoit, Timothy Gallant and Jacqueline Gallant, her two great-grandchildren: Adrienne Benoit and Hunter Benoit and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence and her sister Mary Ellen Battcock. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 29th, 2008 at 10 a.m. from St. Stephen’s parish on West Street with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery on the Hansen Highway. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foudnation.
