It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bernadette (Bunny) Gallant announce her passing on Monday, February 4, 2008 at the Silverwood Manor in Kippens at the age of 66 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are her brothers and sisters: Martha (Chris) Cooper, Meline (John) Noseworthy and Tommy (Helen Wheeler) all of Stephenville, Desmond (Elke) Gallant of Boswarlos, Cyril Gallant of Corner Brook, Ida Tumm, Leatitia Gallant, Gladys Hartley and Evelyn (Evan) Arnold all of Chatham, Ontario, Mary Ellen (Robert) Russell of Carriere, Mississippi, Cynthia (Ernie) Pancsofar of Greensboro, North Carolina, Josepha (David) Rolapp of Sherman Oaks, California and Corina (Harold) Lewis of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, as well as nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Laurena, her brothers, Felix, Leo, Gordon and Stan and her sister, Odelia. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date. Interment will take place in the spring at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, West Street, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
