Passed peacefully away at his family residence in Deer Lake, on Wednesday June 18th, 2008 in his 67th year, Ben A. Saunders. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: wife, Yvonne (nee Stead); children: Martina (Bob), Jimmy (Nina), Tania (Andy), Cershon (Bobbi-Jo), Uricka (Jody), Bennie and Deon; his grandchildren: Heidi, Ashley, Travis, Haydden, Tylor, Matthew and Madison; his brothers: Harold (Madge) and Bert (Jean); his sisters: Kay (Jerry) and Gladys. Ben was predeceased by his parents: Clarence and Susan Saunders, sister Millie, and his brother, Solomen. The family will be receiving family and friends from the hours of 3-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, June 20th, 2008 from Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, where also the memorial service will take place from on Saturday, June 21st at 2 p.m. with Mr. Fred Waldron officiating.
