It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Guy Goudie announces his passing on Friday February 1, 2008. Born in Deer Lake he was the son of the late Carl and Dorothy Goudie. He is also predeceased by brothers; Guy and Terry Goudie. Nephews; Paul Derrick Goudie, Sean Goudie, and Paul Christopher Goudie. Father-in-law; Alexander Chafe. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his family: Loving wife; Cindy (Nee Chafe), daughters; Mandi and Megan and son; Jordan. Special friend Tyler Hodder. Brothers: Carl (Ruth) Goudie of Deer Lake, Wayne (Lori) Goudie of Stephenville. Sister; Netta (Norm) Tucker of Gander. Mother-in-law Hazel Chafe of Corner Brook. Sisters-in-law; Brenda (Bill) McCarthy, Jean (Carl) Noseworthy, Joan Chafe all of Corner Brook, Patsy (Terry) Lemoine of Halifax, Catherine (John) French of Halifax Trudy Chafe (Grant Hiscock) of St. John's, Tracy (Jeff) Quilty of Rocky Harbour and Mary Janes. Brothers-in-law: Brian (Enid) Chafe of Corner Brook, Edward (Rosemary) Chafe of Corner Brook, Shawn (Yvette) Chafe of Benoits Cove, and Mike (Elaine) Chafe of Corner Brook. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and many, many friends. Funeral Services took place on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 2:00PM at St. James' Anglican Church, Channel. Officiated by Rev.
