It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald J. Power announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at the age of 64 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Beryl; one son, Donald M. of Halifax, Nova Scotia; two daughters: Michelle Power of Stephenville and Donna (Greg) Alexander of Corner Brook; mother-in-law, Flo Tippett of Stephenville; one brother, Ken Ryan of Alberta; one sister, Shirley (Larry) Smith of Salmonier; four grandchildren: Kristen Marche, Chad Marche, Chelsea Alexander and Hannah Alexander and a large circle of relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Daffodil House, St. John’s, would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Stephenville.
