It is with great sadness that the family of the late Doreen Lillian Curlew (nee Bridger), announce her passing at her family residence on Friday, August 15th, 2008, at the age of 63 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Winston, son Danny (Valerie), grandsons; Dillon, Joshua, and Morgan, daughter; Pam (Robert), grandaughters; Hayley and Jorja, her 3 sisters; Geraldine (Gary), Trudy Karp, and Wanda (Barney), her 3 brothers; Manson (Laura), Eric ( Alice ), and Major Larry (Marilyn), her 5 brothers-in-law, and 8 sisters-in-law, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends., Doreen was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Dorthy Bridger, her brother; Melvin and her sister; Doris. The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home and Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, today, Monday, August 18th, 2008 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m . The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 19th, 2008 at 2 pm from the Salvation Army Church in Deer Lake with Maj. Lindsey Oxford officating with Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers contrubutions in Doreen's memory may be made to the Salvation Army Church Fund, Deer Lake.
