It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Warrick Cave announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009 in his 69th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife, Beatrice (nee Jacobs); his children: Flora (Boyce Randell), Elaine (William Stagg) both of Kitchener, Ontario, Jeannette (David Combdon) of Barrie, Ontario, Derrick (Renee) of Toronto, Ontario, Carl (Barb) of Orangeville, Ontario, Tanya (Stephen Rideout) of Cormack; his 14 grand kids; 2 great grand kids; his brothers: John (Violet) of Trepassey, NL, Seymour (Lorraine), Henry (Jessie) both of Hampden, and Melvin of Trepassey, NL; his sisters: Mrs. Effie Gavin of N.S., Faith (Roy Stuckless) of Red Deer, Alberta, Grace (Charles Welsh) of Niagara Falls, Ontario, Emma (Theodore Randell) of St. John's, NL; and his aunt Mrs. Faith Gavin, Hampden. Edward was predeceased by his parents: Edward & Olive Cave, and his son-in-law, John Stagg. Also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Pentecostal Church in Hampden, Wednesday, April 8th, 2009 and on Thursday April 9th, 2009 from the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm, from where also the funeral service will take place on Friday, April 10th, 2009 at 3:00 pm with Pastor Tyrone Ball officiating, with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Hampden.
