It is with great sadness that the family of the late Evelyn Hanlon (Neville) announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Friday, September 19, 2008 at the age of 81. She will be sadly missed by her seven daughters, Odelia (Don) Caul, Christine (Raymond) Bourgeois of Stephenville, Irene (Warren) Carter, Paris, ON, Pauline (Blaine) Perrier, Oakville, ON, Camilla Hanlon, Georgetown, ON, Charmaine Hanlon, Mississauga and Jacinta Hanlon (David) of Edmonton, Alberta. Four sons, Steve (Myra) Hanlon of Stephenville, Walter (Ruby) Hanlon, Luke (Cecille) Hanlon, and Jerome Hanlon all of Brampton, ON, as well as 29 grandchildren and 17 great grand children as well as a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Walter and two sons Eugene and Robert as well as her parents Luke and Angela Neville, two sisters Bride Alexander, Anne Formanger and two brothers Tom Neville and Pat Neville. Visitation will take place on Monday, September 22 from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, September 23, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish in Stephenville. Interment will take place at Hillside Interfaith Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
