Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family Gerald Fitzpatrick at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, on Wednesday, August 13th, 2008, in his 71st year, leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Beulah, nee Ellsworth, sons; Shawn (Kimbererley) of Enfield, N.S and Dale (Patty) of Deer Lake, his precious grandchildren; Holly and Drew, his brothers; Vince of Deer Lake, and Leinus (Clare) of Irishtown, his sisters; Anita (Mrs. Bernie Howard) of Gander, Joan (Mrs. John LeRoux) and Maureen (Mrs. Ches Roche), both of St. John's. Also leaving to mourn a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home and Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake today Thursday, August 14th, 2008 from the hours of 2–4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass of Christan Burial will take place on Friday, August 15th, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. from the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Deer Lake with Father Adian Devine officiating with the burial to follow at the Roman Catholic section of the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery, Deer Lake.
