Passed away at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders on Sunday, November 9th, 2008, Hazel Priscilla Wentzell in her 84th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children; Douglas Wentzell (Effie) of Portland Creek, Marion Davis (Peter) of Happy Valley Goose Bay, Mildred Lavers (Macavoy) of Port Saunders, and Jocelyn Wentzell of Portland Creek, her grandchildren; David, Terry, Neil, Sandra (Ritchie), Linda, Bruce, Brian, Mitchell (Kari), and special grandson; Michael, her great grandchildren; Trent, Ryan, Andrea, Andrew, Amy, special great grandaughter; Tamara, and Eve, Taylor and Logan. Also leaving a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and her extended family and friends. Mother was predeceased by her husband; Rendell Wentzell and her parents; James & Lydia Etheridge. The family will be receiving family and friends from St. Joseph's Anglican Church in Portland Creek on Tuesday, November 11th, 2008 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm from where also the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 12th, 2008 at 2 pm with the very Rev. Lorne Gosse officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Portland Creek.
