It is with sadness that the families of the late James L. Noseworthy announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Aged 89. Predeceased by his parents, Harold & Pearl Noseworthy; grandson, Graham; brother, Gordon & sister, Jean. Left to mourn with fond loving memories are his wife, Marjorie; daughters, Sandra, (Cyril) Lanning of Botwood, NL, Libby (Royce) Boss of Nova Scotia; sons, Gordon (Barbara) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL & David (Colleen) of Alberta; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. The funeral service will take place Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 2:00 pm from Memorial United Church, Church Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, with Rev. Howard Crooks officiating. The internment will follow at the United Cemetery, Union Street, Grand Falls-Windsor. Visitation will take place Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Memorial United Church Fund, Grand Falls-Windsor or the Royal Canadian Legion. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
