Passed peacefully away on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at the Health Sciences Centre, Barbara Jean Nugent, aged 82 years, WWII Veteran. Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Lily and brother Stan. Leaving to mourn her nieces: Sheila, Linda, Paula and Fay; nephew Martin and sister-in-law Joyce Hancock, all of England. Barbara also leaves to mourn her close friends: June, George, Robin and Daniel Osmond, Abbie and Betty Parsons, Betty and David Adey, as well as Barbara and Ed Belbin. Her little dog Pepper will also miss her greatly. At Barbara's request, cremation has taken place and her remains will be returned to her home in England for burial. There will be no visitation.
