Passed away on Tuesday, November 11th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Kathleen Park at the age of 57 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is her husband: Jim; sons: Jimmy Park, Frenchman’s Cove, Terry Park (companion Beverly), Frenchman’s Cove; daughters: Peggy and husband Bill O’Connell, Benoit’s Cove, and Corrina and husband Junior Snooks, Ontario; six precious grandchildren: Jesse, Jonathan, Morgan, MacKenzie, Kelsey and Haley; three brothers: Leonard and wife Pauline, Frenchman’s Cove, Michael and wife Lorraine, Halfway Point and Robert of Benoit’s Cove; one sister: Maureen of Corner Brook; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her mother, Rose (1983), father, Joseph (2005), sister, Eileen (2000) and brother-in-law: Frank (1990). Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 14th at 10:30 a.m. from Our Lady Star of the Sea, Benoit’s Cove. Father Bernard Buckle officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted.
