Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, September 26, 2008, Rev. Cecil Hobbs of Carbonear, age 87 years. Retired United Church Minister. Predeceased by wife N. Yetta; brothers Richard (Helen) and Uriah (Evelyn); brothers-in-law Otto (Flora) LeDrew and Lloyd (Margaret) LeDrew. Leaving to mourn one daughter Rosalyn Hobbs (Randy Reid), Carbonear; one son Lloyd (Diana) Hobbs, Topsail; three grandchildren Becky Hobbs, Cody and Jesse Moores; also nieces and nephews of the Hobbs and LeDrew Families.
