It is with great sadness that the family of the late Madeline White announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at the age of 97 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Bert Henry White. Leaving to mourn are her four daughters: Isabell (Jene) Stawkowski of Medical Lake, Washington, Rose (Terry) Stacey of Stephenville, Marie White of Stephenville and Vera (Harry) Lockhart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; one sister, Bedelia (Charles) Delaney of St. George’s; two brothers: Gerald Cormier of Stephenville and Adolph Cormier of Stephenville; along with a large circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, May 8th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville.
