It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mark Joseph Aucoin announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the age of 53 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Christina and four sisters: Hilda (Ian) McLean of Ontario, Cecilia (Roy) Gaudon of Kippens, Blanche (Wayne) Barron of Stephenville, Donna O’Quinn (Roger) of Flat Bay, three brothers: Albert Aucoin (Betty) of Kippens, Gerard (Cora) Aucoin of Kippens, Hubert F. (Sharon) Aucoin of Kippens, close friends, Walter (Joy) Brake of Kippens, Kathleen Costard (Leo Young) of Kippens and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Hubert and Matilda Aucoin, two brothers, Cyril and Harold Aucoin and sister, Wanda Hammett. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday, March 31st. at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen’s Parish, West Street, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Daffodil House, St. John’s would be greatly appreciated.
