It is with great sadness that the family of the late Olive Marie Preshyon announce her passing on Thursday, August 7th, 2008, at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook in her 77th year. She leaves to mourn; her three daughters, Doris, Maureen, Lola (Terry) Ritter. Her five sons; Dan, Brian, James, Marvin and Joseph. Her grandchildren; Shilo, Phoenix, Brandon, Anthony, Alexander, Brian Jr., Maya, Nathan Preshyon, Ashley Ritter, Patrick Williams and Lisa Marie Bennett. Also her sisters; Marie and Noreen Lowe and Hilda Lavers, Dolly Gould, Alma Plowman. Her brothers; Clyde and Everett Plowman. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and son Christopher, her sister Olga Plowman, her two brothers Edgar and Henry Plowman. The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street in Deer Lake Sunday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. from where funeral service will take place on Monday, August 11th, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Devine officiating. Burial to take place at the R.C. cemetery Mount Patricia, Corner Brook. Flowers graciously accepted or donations to a charity of one’s choice.
