It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred O'Quinn announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, on Monday, April 5, 2010, at the age of 90 years. She will be sadly missed by her two daughters: Catherine Aucoin of Stephenville and Lorraine Sheehan (Russell MacDonald) of Stephenville; one brother, Ernest (Mabel) O'Quinn of Portugal Cove; nine grandchildren: Kenneth, Michelle, Sue, John, James, Janice, Jacob, Crystal and Anil; 10 great-grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, as well as her cat, L.J. She was predeceased by her brothers: Francis and George O'Quinn and her granddaughter, Lisa Aucoin. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville, on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, April 9th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Parish, West Street, Stephenville, with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one's choice would be greatly appreciated.
