It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rendell Chesley Hann announce his passing at the Peterbough Regional Hospital in Peterbough, Ontario on Wednesday, April 15th, 2009, in his 90th year. Leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories; his daughter Sadie (Richard) Edwards with whom he resided with, four grandchildren; Jeff (Vida) Edwards of Brampton, Ontario, Bob (Nadine) Edwards of New Brunswick, Rick (Laura) Edwards of Barrie, Ontario and Monica (Quinton) Oates of Orangeville, Ontario; his six great-grandchildren; Cole (Trisha) Shearer, Chakka White, Tyrone Sheppard, Andrea Edwards, Zachary Edwards and Samantha Oates; his great-great grandchild Brooke Shearer, his sister Mrs. Sophie Brake and brother Ensell Hann (Patsy Crocker) both of Trout River, his sister-in-law Mrs. Edith McLeod of Mt. Moriah, his two brothers-in-law; John Barnes Sr. of Cox’s Cove and Graydon (Mona) Barnes of Trout River. Rendell was predeceased by his wife Mary Priscilla May Hann, April 10th, 2000, his parents; Edgar and Mary Hann and his sisters; Mildred Hann, Elsie (Walter) Harris, Mildred (George) Barnes and Rita (Wallace) Butt. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of other relatives, friends and his extended family. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Salvation Army Church in Trout River today Saturday, April 18th, 2009 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Where from also the funeral service will take place on Monday, April 20th, 2009, at 2 p.m. with Acting c/o Derek Fudge officiating with the burial to follow at the church cemetery in Trout River.
