1954 - 2010 - Thomas Johnson passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence, Shediac on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Son of the late Lewis and Hazel (Cochrane) Johnson. Tommy was born in Saint John, grew up in Moncton where he touched lots of people's Hearts. He attended the Adult Mets Workshop, was an avid bowler, a Special Olympian, loved music, dancing and laughter. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, Carolyn (Allan) Kerr of Saint John, Valerie (Allan) Lirette of Scoudouc, his brother, Lewis (Sheila) Johnson of Kingston, ON, nephews, Dwight Kerr of Saint John and Lewis Lirette of Scoudouc, nieces; Susan Smith of Saint John and Kathi (Brett) Bodine of Mooresville, NC, great nephews, Alex and Eli Bodine as well as great nieces; Sue-Ann Smith of Saint John, Zoe Lirette Belliveau of Shediac and Kami Bodine of Mooresville, NC.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 2 to 4 pm. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens will take place at a later date. Memorial donations in Tommy's memory may be made to the Villa Providence, Shediac or a charity of the donor's choice.
