It is with great sadness that the family of the late Greta Isabel Parsons nee Laing announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, on Sunday April 26th, 2009 in her 79th year, leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons; Sidney ( Mary ) of St. Stephens, N.B., & Noel ( Frances ) of Brampton, Ontario., her 7 grandchildren; Tanya, Simeon, Juanita ( Shean ), Quinton, Terry, & Neil., her 5 great grandchildren; Corrine, Connor, Kyra, Koen, & Rees., her brother; Stanley ( Mildred ) Laing of Shelburne, Ontario., also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and her extended family. Mother was predeceased by her husband; Henry Parsons, The family will be having a grave side service on Tuesday April 28th 2009 at 4:30 pm at the United Church cemetery in Shoal Brook, with the Rev: Beverley Snow officiating .
