Mom was born in Alert Bay, B.C.

She is survived by her children: Alan (Mildred), George (Dorothy), Ruth (Jerome), Verna (Donna), Andy (Celeste), and Skook (Brenda). She was a proud Nan and leaves behind eighteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren (soon there will be 7). She also leaves to mourn her sisters Mildred and Elizabeth and her brother Christopher (Georgia), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her mother and father Jane and Chris Cook, her brother Sam Cook, and her granddaughter Carly Jones.

Mom was "in heaven" while playing the slots! That is the only time she had no worries or pain. She loved the "Habs" (she is their angel this year!)

The funeral will be held in Alert Bay, and Mom will rest beside Pop and Granny.
