TAYLOR, Maxine (Moores) R.N. - Passed peacefully away on Friday, April 30, 2010. Born in Freshwater, Carbonear in 1930, the daughter of Asenath (Davis) and Frank Moores. She graduated from the General Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1952A. Predeceased by the love of her life, Paul Edward in 2001 and her sister Dora Autry (2004). She leaves to mourn a loving and devoted family, her daughters: Debbie Lee Pike and husband George, Raelene Thomas and husband Robert; special niece Elizabeth Ann Murphy and husband Randy; sisters-in-law: Rosemary Marshall (Doug - deceased), Janet Marie Comerford and husband Robert; nephew William Autry and niece Gail Autry West and their families as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, lifelong friends, classmates and faithful feline companion Rusty. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Saturday, May 1 from 7-9 and on Sunday, May 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
