Brian Thomas Crease, 67, of the Drew Nursing Home and formerly of Moncton, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, May 2, 2010. Born in Yorkshire, England, he was the son of the late Dennis and Joan Crease. Brian was retired from CN with over 25 years service and was Past President of the Minor Soccer Association in Moncton. He enjoyed many sports, especially soccer and golf, but most important was spending precious time with his family and friends. Brian will be sadly missed by his daughters, Kristin Crease-Mulligan (Shannon), Kanata, ON and Tiffany Maxwell, Moncton; six grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Aggiss and Susan Purcell; brother, Ian Crease all of England; several nieces and nephews; very special mother-in-law, Catherine Gauvin, Dieppe; sisters-in-law, Alice MacQuarrie (Layton), Riverview, Dianna Gauvin (Aldon Rousselle), Dieppe; brothers-in-law, Robert Gauvin Jr. (Diane Comeau), John Gauvin, both of Dieppe. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Brenda Crease (2007); brother, Dennis Crease of England.
Sharing of Memories and Celebration of Life for Brian at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Reception Centre, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Wednesday, May 5, 2010 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
