1924-2010- Passed peacefully away on May 1st, 2010, at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Predeceased by husband Clyde, daughter Elizabeth and son John. Leaving to mourn daughters: Brenda (Sam) Butt, Phyllis (Dick) Dwyer and Bonnie; sons: Albert (Lill), Paul (Chris), Kenneth (Carol Ann), David (Beulah); one sister Eva Lemelin of Ontario; sisters-in-law: Doris Pitts of St. John's, and Hazel Pitts of Ontario; fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010, at 11 a.m. from Barrett's Chapel, Commonwealth Avenue. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
