With family by her side, Mary passed away peacefully, at her daughter’s residence in Brampton, Ontario, on May 5, 2009 at the age of 88. Dear mother of Rosann, Arthur, Mary, Ruth and Edwina. Grandmother of Heidi, Laurence, Maria, Alexandra, Stephanie, Sarah-Jane, Rebecca, Joanna, Katherine, Nicole, Daniel, Mattene and Aaron. Great-grandmother of Sebastian, Alexander and Samantha. Sister of George, James, Margaret and the late Robert. A Memorial Service will be held in St. John’s, Newfoundland, at a later date.
