Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, Clydia Elizabeth Butt (nee Cross), at the age of 84. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Bonnie (Garland Pauls) of Cormack, Randy (Elaine) of Hinton, AB, Arch of Cormack, June (Paul Nichols) of Deer Lake, Brian (Elaine) of Cormack, Raymond of Edmonton, AB and Paul (Rose) of Cormack; 14 grandchildren: Heather (Shawn), Jeremy, Jason, Amanda, Trevor, Victoria, Jennifer, Shane, Jamie, Jocelyn, Elizabeth, Derek, Joseph and Joshua; 10 great-grandchildren: Molly, Jaden, Lucas, Cameron, Jamie Lee, Ethon, Kayla, Jace, Braemond and Brooklyn; her brother, Glen (Viola) Cross of Deer Lake; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Mary Butt of Cormack; also leaving to mourn her nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends. Clydia was predeceased by her husband, Russell Archibald Butt; her son, Jim Butt; grandson, Chade Johnson; her parents, James & Isabella Cross; and her sister, Winnie. The family will be receiving family and friends from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today, Thursday, May 6th, 2010 from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, where also the funeral service will take place on Friday, May 7th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Gerald Lush officiating.
