The funeral mass for the late Roger and Nancy LeBlanc who passed away accidentally on Friday May 7, 2010 will be held on Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 7 p.m. at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur R.C. Church, Notre-Dame, NB. Nancy LeBlanc was born on December 25, 1965 in Moncton, NB. She was the daughter of Imelda (LeBlanc) Babineau of Notre-Dame and the late Alyre Babineau. She was employed at Green Diamond Equipment in Moncton and was involved with the Girl Guides movement in Notre-Dame. She is survived by one sister, Patsy Richard (Léo) and one brother, Marcel (Linda Gallant), both of Notre-Dame. Roger LeBlanc was born on September 7, 1966 in Toronto, ON. He was the son of Marie LeBlanc of Moncton and the late Evariste LeBlanc. He was employed at Wildwood Cabinets, formerly at Leon's Furniture and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by one sister, Noëlla Kelly (Dale) and one brother, Norman, both of Moncton. Roger and Nancy were both members of the ATV Club in Notre-Dame. They both enjoyed motorcycling, ATV's and snowmobiling. They are survived by their two daughters: Stéphanie (Donald Lewis) of Dieppe and Monica (André LeBlanc) of Moncton, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive condolences at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur R.C. Church, Notre-Dame-de-Kent. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until funeral mass. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
