It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dion Stanley Walsh of Langley, B.C. formerly of Marystown announce his passing after a lengthy illness at Whatcom County, WA, USA on Monday, April 26, 2010, at the age of 41. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Karen; sons: Liam and Dewey; parents Dennis and Joan Walsh of Marystown; siblings: Jonathan Walsh (Sandra Wall) of Lewins Cove and Jillian Walsh (Frank Lundrigan) of Burin; nieces and nephews: Joshua, Isabella, Damien, Aurora and Olivia; father-in-law Mark MacFarlane; sister-in-Law Erika (Shane) of Greenwood, NS; aunts: Bridget, Cecilia, Adele, Kathy, Josephine (Ed), Winnie (Ray), Greta, and Jean; uncles: Philip, Pat (Mary), Leo (Mary), Kevin (Geraldine), Clarence (Ruby), Melvin (Juanita), Lionel (Marina) and Keith (Wanda); plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by grandparents Philip & Winnie Walsh and Lionel & Irene Hoben; uncle Narcissus Walsh; aunt Pauline Walsh; cousins: Dale Walsh & Benjamin Hoben. Church in Marystown on Friday, May 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery in Marystown.
