(St. John’s)— Born in St. Lawrence September 26, 1937, passed away May 8, 2009. Son of the late Gordon and Maude Aylward, he leaves to mourn his wife Gail (Hollett), sons: Michael and Ian (Trisha), darling grandson Angus Jacob Aylward; brothers: Sonny and Ron (Dorothy); Patricia Kieley, Barbara Aylward, Joan Upshall (Willis), Peg Healey (Steven), Madelyn Kelly (Bill), Judy Gorich (John), Gwen Maquire, and special sister-in-law Joan Marie Aylward; sisters-in-law: Joan Hollett, Judy MacLeod (Boots), Brenda Hollett (Bob); brother-in-law Don Hollett (Jean), and many very special nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Visitation at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday, May 12th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, May 13th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service to be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date.
