It is with great sadness the family announces the death of Gerald "Gerry" David Lester of St. Martin's, loving husband to Angela (Butler) Lester, which occurred on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Peterborough, ON, he was the son of the late Eleanor Lester (Reeves). Gerry was a fun loving and hard working man who was well known by everyone. Besides his wife he is survived by daughters Karen Lomax (Sean) of Saint John and Terry Lester of Waterloo, ON; grandchildren Ayden Chase Lomax and Tyrone Michael Anthony Lester; brother Ronald Wayne Lester and many friends.
Visitation will be held at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday June 14, 2010 at the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Brown's Cemetery.
