Passed peacefully away at the Valley Vista Seniors Home, Springdale, on June 7, 2010, Maude Abbott, age 95 from Charlottetown. Predeceased by her parents, Annabella & Joseph Rice, husband, Richard and daughter, Judy. Leaving to mourn with loving memories; son, Leonard Rice (Pansy); granddaughters, Lorna and Lynn; 2 great-grandsons, Kristan and Kirk; sister, Helen Rideout; brother, Don Rice (Gilda) and extended family and friends. Rested at the Salvation Army, Charlottetown from where the funeral service, officiated by Lt. Downton, took place on Thursday, June 10, 2010 with interment following.
