Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s, on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, Joan Marie Hussey (nee Antle), aged 74 years. Predeceased by her husband Gus Hussey. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Charmaine (Tony), Ricky (Shirley), Lorraine (Derrick), Bobby (Lois), Maxine (Michael), Colleen (Stewart), Anne-Jeanette (Derm) and Jason (Anna); sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy (Roland Clarke) and brothers: Charles (Carmel) Antle and David Antle as well as a large number of other family and friends. Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home Visitation and Reception Centre, 1045 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl on Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, May 15, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2009 from Parish of Holy Innocents Paradise, with interment to follow at Holy Innocents Cemetery, Paradise.
