Passed peacefully away on May 5, 2009, age 88, at the home of her daughter in Brampton, Ont. Cremation took place on May 9 and remains have been sent home to Newfoundland. Family and friends are invited to gather between the hours of 6-10 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, at 52 Gilbert Street, St. John’s. Donations in Mary’s memory may be made to charity of choice.
